Our principal facilitator, Nishita Fernandes, spent 16+ years building brands and leading teams inside Unilever, Coca-Cola, and Titan across India, South Asia, and global markets. She has owned P&Ls, delivered against share and revenue targets, led innovation and digital transformation, and run human-skill capability programs — before stepping into full-time facilitation and coaching.
